The KuCoin Affiliate Program aims to help influencers, community leaders, investment bloggers, content creators, and crypto promoters guide users to the KuCoin platform and complete trades to earn commission income through referrals and community operations. Through the KuCoin affiliate program, you can create your own referral link, and anyone who clicks on that link and completes registration will automatically be classified as your invitee. You will receive commissions when your invitees complete trades, including spot, futures, and margin trades, excluding zero-fee trades and trades made by Level 3 or above invitees.

If I join the program, how long will it take for me to receive affiliate commissions?

Commission data is updated daily, with core commission and trading statistics refreshed every 10 minutes.

 

 

To provide affiliates with a better experience, the affiliate assessment rules will be updated on September 15, 2025 (UTC+8) to help affiliates level up faster and enjoy higher commission rates.

 

We offer higher commission rates and levels to affiliates who bring in more users and trading amounts.

 

The system will conduct a 30-day upgrade assessment cycle to determine if the upgrade requirements are met within 30 days. If the requirements are met, the commission rate can be upgraded in real-time on T+1, effective immediately;

*Definition of valid new invitees:

 

1. The statistical subjects are users you directly invited to register, excluding users invited by sub-partners;

 

2. The invited person must complete their first transaction within the assessment period, and the trading amount must meet the requirements. Transaction types include spot (including margin trading), futures, etc.;

 

3. The invitee must have made a deposit before their first transaction. Deposit methods include through OTC, third parties, fiat deposits, and cryptocurrency deposits, but do not include KuCoin voucher deposits.

 

*Definition of cumulative trading amount:

 

1. The statistical subjects are users you directly invited to register, excluding users invited by sub-partners;

 

2. Transaction types include spot (including margin trading), futures, etc. Futures, spot, or margin trading will enjoy the same commission rate.

 

*If the partner level has been adjusted, the partner's commission rate will be changed accordingly. If a cashback rate is set and the affiliate's commission rate remains at 40% or higher after horizontal adjustment, the cashback rate for the invitee will not change. If the affiliate's adjusted commission rate is below the set invitee cashback rate, the invitee's cashback rate will also decrease accordingly. When the affiliate's commission rate becomes 0, the invitee's cashback rate will also be 0.

 

*Upgrade and downgrade examples:

 

Upgraded: If you were a Level 1 affiliate before the quarterly assessment and achieved two goals of LV2 (trading amount over 2,000,000 USDT, effective number of invitees 20 or more), your new affiliate level will be adjusted to LV2 after assessment.

 

Downgrade: If you were a LV3 affiliate before the quarterly assessment and only met one of the current level's criteria (any one requirement: trading amount or effective number of invitees), your new affiliate level will be adjusted to a lower level after assessment. If you fail to meet the two requirements of the current level during the first assessment period, you will receive an email reminder. Assuming you fail to meet the LV1 assessment requirements for two consecutive quarters (both requirements: trading amount or effective number of invitees), the cashback ratio will be temporarily adjusted to 15%, and will be restored to the relevant level after meeting the assessment requirements.

 

 

To protect the interests of affiliates, if users invited by affiliates use broker trading strategies, commissions will also be distributed to affiliates. This rule will take effect after September 15, 2025 (UTC+8), and the commission rules are adjusted as follows:

 

 

Condition 1: Users of broker trading strategies must be users invited by affiliates;

 

Condition 2: The country/region where the affiliate is located must support the commission system; if not supported, commissions cannot be distributed;

 

Condition 3: The affiliate's UID must not be a broker partner set by the broker. If the affiliate and the broker are in a partnership, no commissions will be distributed;

 

Condition 4: Users invited by affiliates must use broker strategies for trading after September 15, 2025 (UTC+8). If the invited user registered before September 15, 2025 (UTC+8) and used broker strategies before that date, no commissions will be given to the affiliate.

 

If all the above conditions are met, affiliates will receive commissions when users invited by them trade using broker strategies.

 

 

The net asset fees generated from trading by broker trading strategy users invited by affiliates will first be divided equally as the commission base, distributed to both the affiliate and the broker, and then distributed according to the affiliate's current commission ratio.

 

*This rule update only affects commissions and does not affect affiliate assessments. The trading volume of commission orders is still counted towards the broker, not the affiliate.

 

*Example explanation:

 

1. Commissions will be automatically transferred to the affiliate's KuCoin master account on T+1 day;

2. The trading fees of the invitee's sub-account will be merged into the master account to calculate the commission amount;

3. Hijacking official traffic or jeopardizing the security of KuCoin customer accounts will result in immediate disqualification of the affiliate, and any commissions due will be revoked. (This includes but is not limited to redirecting using content similar to KuCoin's official social media accounts, website content, or domain names, or placing KuCoin ads through search engines, etc.);

4. Previous versions of affiliates will be automatically upgraded to this version, except in special circumstances;

5. We do not count commissions for zero-fee trades or for invitees of level LV3 or above.

6. If any abnormal registrations, abnormal trading, abnormal arbitrage, or violations of platform regulations are found among platform affiliates or users, the platform has the right to take measures against the relevant participants based on the circumstances, including but not limited to depriving them of participation in activities, withholding rewards, stopping rebates, etc. For serious cases, the platform may impose penalties such as suspending trading or freezing accounts.

7. The KuCoin affiliate program is not applicable to residents of Belgium, Turkey, France, or the Netherlands.

8. KuCoin reserves the right of final interpretation of this program, and any modifications will not be notified separately.
